From Elvin and Pat's front yard. That lovely collegiate peak with the windblown snow off in the distance is Mt. Yale, one of many 14,000'-plus peaks in the Buena Vista area.

We got six inches of beautiful powder before Denver got blasted. While you were having such a hard storm, we had overcast skies, and perhaps one additional inch of snow. But then the wind started! Wow, it was a real blow-hard. Today is calm and cold.
