Here's a road I'd have loved to go down, but it was getting near dark and we had about 15 miles to go —
along steep and daunting shelf roads — to return to the highway and our lodging for the night. This is the kind of view
which quickens my pulse. As we arrived here, Myrna had just seen a doe and her tiny still-spotted fawn.
